LinkedIn Post Intelligence

What jumped out
Four findings the raw like-counts would never show you.
What we can pull from a single post
Every item below was extracted for each of the four posts in this report.
The four posts
Live engagement counts from LinkedIn, with the profile-level capture noted per post. Click through for the full breakdown.

Engagement rate, side by side

Engagement rate is reactions + comments + reposts divided by the author's follower count on the capture date. Jenna Ezarik's follower count is not publicly visible, so hers cannot be computed. The pattern worth showing a client: the two small, focused audiences out-engaged the 478K-follower account by two orders of magnitude.

How to read this data

What is measured directly

  • Live reaction, comment, and repost counts come from each LinkedIn post at capture time.
  • Reactor and commenter profiles come from a per-post export: name, headline, profile URL, country, seniority, reaction type, and full comment text.
  • Post text, format, author, brand, and disclosure labels were read from the live posts.
  • Engagement rate is total engagements divided by the author's follower count on the capture date.

Caveats

  • Captured reactor profiles are a sample. LinkedIn does not expose every reactor, so captured counts sit below the live totals on high-volume posts.
  • Jenna Ezarik's export contains commenters only, and her follower count is not publicly visible, so her engagement rate is not computed.
  • Comment sentiment was classified by hand, one comment at a time, into five buckets. Author replies are listed but excluded from sentiment totals.
  • Company and industry columns were empty in this export. A deeper enrichment pass can fill them from the captured profile URLs.
